• Serve as first point of contact for IT support queries.
• Provide remote or face-to-face support including deskside assistance.
• Collaborate with management to escalate and resolve tickets.
• Research and document solutions in the knowledge base.

Skills

Knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems

Experience with Office365 applications

Understanding of Active Directory and Windows Server

Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

Strong communication skills, written and verbal

We have an excellent opportunity for an IT Technician to join a growing organisation during an exciting period of expansion. This role involves assisting internal users with their IT issues, covering Microsoft and Application suites. You will support users via telephone, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring adherence to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
