Job summary

Emplyfy in Milton Keynes is seeking a Senior IT Technician to support a diverse portfolio of client environments. You will be the first technical contact, troubleshoot hardware, software and network incidents, and assist with projects and deployments in a fast-moving MSP setting.

The role requires five+ years of experience, practical knowledge of Cyber Essentials and GDPR, and hands-on experience with Intune, remote monitoring and Windows/Apple devices.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant industry experience.
• Practical experience with Cyber Essentials controls and GDPR standards.
• Intune device management and remote monitoring tools.
• Strong networking background.
• Windows Server security and policy administration.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience supporting both Windows and Apple devices.

Key Responsibilities

Package on offer:

Earn between £30k and £40k per year, subject to experience.
