  • Preparing and configuring equipment for new hires
  • Creating and maintaining clear documentation and end-user guides
  • Managing and maintaining an accurate inventory of all IT assets
  • Ensuring the security of company devices and systems
  • Delivering training and support to employees as needed

We hire result-orientated, smart, and high-energy individuals who bring a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile and deliver exceptional outcomes. You should be conscientious, reliable, and methodical, with the ability to remain adaptable and efficient in a fast-paced environment. A good sense of humour and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships is a definite plus.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and professionalism, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Initiative and the ability to work independently
  • A collaborative, team-orientated mindset
  • A proactive, can-do approach and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on
  • Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Some experience with MacOS, Windows, or Linux systems
  • An IT BTEC National Diploma Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent experience)
