Job summary

BMAT Education is seeking a proactive IT professional to provide first and second line support across Windows 11, Microsoft 365, iOS, and Hyper‑V for BMAT staff and students.

You will communicate effectively, document issues clearly, and contribute to protecting data and ensuring compliance within a trust‑based environment. A hands‑on, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience providing first and second line IT support across Windows 11, Microsoft 365, iOS and Hyper-V.
• Effective communicator with strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
• Hands‑on, solution‑focused approach to maintaining and improving IT systems in a trust‑based environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve IT systems across BMAT schools and staff.Provide proactive support to ensure minimal downtime.

About you

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, approachable, and technically skilled IT professional with experience in providing first and second line support across Windows 11, Microsoft 365, iOS, and Hyper-V. They will be an effective communicator, committed to delivering excellent customer service to BMAT staff and students, with a strong attention to detail, good documentation practices, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. A keen awareness of IT security, data protection, and compliance is essential, alongside a hands‑on, solution-focused approach to maintaining and improving IT systems across a trust‑based environment.
