Job Description

We are seeking an assertive and articulate IT technical manager to join our friendly and passionate team. The successful candidate will lead innovation and deliver commercial opportunities by designing and maintaining SAP solutions in both Cloud and on-premise environments. You will develop a clear vision to transition Watches of Switzerland to utilize SAP's latest innovative technologies, establishing a solid foundation for business transformation with scalable, cost-effective ERP solutions.

About You

• 10 years of SAP development experience, including managing major upgrade projects.
• Proficient in IS Retail, ABAP, BASIS, SAP Business Technology Platform, and APIs.
• Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and SAP Authorization concepts.
• Ability to perform Solution Architect tasks, including requirements analysis, technical design, and development.
• Experience with SAP Security for ECC/CRM, including designing and implementing security strategies and policies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with diverse professionals.
• Proven leadership in managing an effective, efficient, and professional SAP team.
