Focus Group is seeking an IT Technical Engineer to join our Operations team in Manchester. Location is home-based with frequent travel to customers across the North. Salary is £35,000–£38,000 per year, plus a company van.

Qualifications

• Previous IT or telecoms support or delivery experience.
• Experience with Windows desktop, Windows Server and Microsoft 365.

Responsabilités

• Carry out maintenance work on ICT services remotely or onsite.
• Install and configure ICT solutions remotely or onsite.
• Provide high-quality customer experience during installations and maintenance.
• Attend field visits to repair time-critical issues.
• Support colleagues and deliver small, medium and large projects as part of a team.
• Audit and document customer IT infrastructure.
