Job summary

Fruition Group in Leeds is seeking an IT Team Lead to own day-to-day IT service delivery, lead a small technician team, and support infrastructure, security, and workplace technology in a charity setting.

You will work with the Head of IT, manage third-party suppliers, and drive cloud adoption, SharePoint, and modern helpdesk capabilities while shaping a program of digital change across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technical IT team.
• Hands-on IT support, systems administration or infrastructure.
• Comfort with Windows Server, AD, networking, and end-user devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT service delivery.
• Provide senior technical support.
• Lead a small team covering infrastructure, security and workplace technology.
• Collaborate with Head of IT and external suppliers.
• Drive cloud adoption and automation.
