What we're looking for: · Hands-on experience in Visualfiles or other Case Management Systems. · Experience within professional services · Experience with Power BI and Excel for reporting and analysis. · Confident diagnosing and resolving system or integration issues. · Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. · Experience providing IT support in person, over the phone, and via email. · Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
