Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a 3rd Line Support professional to lead in server architecture, cyber security, and cloud infrastructure across Bolton NHS Foundation Trust, Bolton GP's and CCG. The role focuses on secure virtualised environments, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.

The post involves responsibility for 3rd Line Support, Projects and Architecture with strong emphasis on security monitoring and compliance with NHS Digital standards, and ISO 27001 or similar

Qualifications

• Must have strong IT technical skills and excellent communication.
• Experience documenting systems and reporting for audit/compliance.
• Knowledge of NHS Digital standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust cyber security monitoring and remediation.
• Maintain compliance with DSPT, CAF and ISO 27001 or similar standards.
• Maintain and manage an effective, secure virtualised environment.
• Support management and monitoring of physical and virtual server/desktop environments.
• Manage Active Directory Domain infrastructure and monitor Azure.
