This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys solving technical challenges across multiple client sites.
Provide first-line support and act as the primary contact for customers.
Visit customer locations to diagnose and resolve technical issues when required.
Log, manage and update incidents via the service management platform.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding ticket progress.
Escalate critical issues to senior leadership where appropriate.
Prioritise and manage daily workload effectively.
Monitor customer environments and ensure optimal system performance.
Install, configure and maintain IT hardware and software solutions.
Produce accurate technical documentation and maintain service records.
Support incidents remotely and on-site.
Competitive salary between £30,000 and £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Generous annual leave entitlement of 40 days per year.
Minimum 5 years in a similar IT support position.
Experience implementing Cyber Essentials and GDPR compliance measures.
Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
Intune, RMM and VoIP/telephony system experience.
Networking knowledge covering VLANs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewalls, switches and routers.
Windows Server administration (2016, 2019, 2022).
Azure deployment and administration experience.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Familiarity with Windows 10, Windows 11 and macOS environments.
