Job Opportunity: Systems Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has become available with a leading global brand for a Systems Administrator. The role involves supporting and maintaining IT systems, handling IT requests, and ensuring tasks are managed efficiently and responded to promptly.

This position offers a great chance to gain experience with new technologies and grow within a rapidly expanding organisation.

Role and Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain our ubiquity firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
  2. Create cybersecurity training and phishing campaigns.
  3. Manage onboarding and offboarding of staff in O365.
  4. Enforce security policies such as MFA.
  5. Set up Intune and Auto Pilot.
  6. Assemble PCs and set up hardware across the office.
  7. Serve as a final point of contact for users and assist with resolving issues.
  8. Escalate issues to the MSP and follow up if unresolved.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  10. Provide training and guidance to users on IT systems and tools.
  11. Collaborate with other IT staff and vendors to resolve complex issues.
  12. Maintain Azure and PowerApps.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  1. Relevant educational background or experience in IT systems; 1-2 years of experience supporting users preferred.
  2. Good knowledge of O365 and Azure.
  3. Experience implementing Intune and Auto Pilot.
  4. Awareness of good cybersecurity practices.
  5. Understanding of ubiquity systems.
  6. Willingness to support users in emergencies when MSP cannot.
  7. Team player capable of working successfully with other departments in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
  8. Service-minded, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  9. Passionate about IT and delivering excellent customer service to employees across the Group.
