Relation Therapeutics in London is seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to join our growing team. You will be the first line of support for employees, ensuring day-to-day technology works seamlessly and onboarding new hires.

This role offers a clear pathway to IT Operations in a tech-biotech environment, with exposure to our Data Centre and wet labs, networking equipment, and hardware troubleshooting as you support scientific discovery.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT Support or Help Desk experience.
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS systems.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP, connectivity).
• Hands-on hardware aptitude and cable management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide core IT & Desktop Support across Windows/macOS/Linux environments.
• Onboard new hires and configure laptops, accounts and access rights.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Jira/Confluence.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory of hardware, peripherals and software licences.
• Troubleshoot office connectivity: Wi‑Fi, LAN, VPN; patch and maintain switches, firewalls.
