Salary: £14 - £18 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365).
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
  • Maintain detailed logs of support issues and solutions.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of users.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
