Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking an IT support professional to provide first and second line helpdesk support to staff and partners at our UK offices. You will install, maintain and repair hardware and networks, and handle software installs and updates.

You will manage user accounts, security and access, monitor backups, set up equipment for new starters, manage leavers, and help keep knowledge articles up to date. This role requires a proactive approach in a busy commercial law practice.

Qualifications

• Helpdesk or customer service experience and knowledge of helpdesk logging software.
• Active Directory and Entra with MFA, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, iOS and Android, Intune and Windows Deployment Services.
• GCSE maths and English at C or above and a Level 2 IT qualification, with Level 3, ITIL Foundation or Microsoft certifications a plus.
• A UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
