Haskel, part of the Ingersoll Rand group, in Sunderland, is seeking an IT Support Technician on a 6‑month FTC. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, logging and prioritising requests and providing first‑line troubleshooting for hardware, software and access problems.
You will support Windows and Microsoft 365, manage user accounts in Active Directory, and assist with device builds, deployments and basic workstation configurations.

The IT Support Technician provides the first point of contact for colleagues requiring IT support. The role is responsible for logging, prioritising, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues where possible, while ensuring a high level of customer service. The role supports users across hardware, software, mobile devices and IT services, escalating more complex issues to 2nd or 3rd line support teams as required.
