Job Title: IT Support Technician

Shift Hours: Shared shifts covering 08:00 – 17:00

Overview:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Technicians to join our team at Worcester Royal Hospital. This is a mobile, customer-facing role, providing IT support and floorwalking services across the hospital's Worcester and Redditch sites. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong background in IT Support within an MS Windows environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide on-site IT support across hospital locations, diagnosing issues and delivering effective break/fix solutions.
  2. Perform floorwalking services to proactively support users.
  3. Engage with users to address technical concerns while delivering high-quality customer service.
  4. Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems in an MS Windows environment.
  5. Handle administrative tasks as required.
  6. Collaborate with team members and work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong IT support skills, with experience in diagnosing and resolving issues in an MS Windows environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team.
  • Enthusiastic and keen to learn in a busy and challenging environment.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • Previous NHS experience is desirable but not essential.
