A leading engineering firm is seeking a proactive Level 1.5 Service Desk Support Technician to provide exceptional IT support from their Theale office. Working with a global leader in engineering, project and programme management within the nuclear industry, NRL is looking to recruit a proactive, customer-focused Level 1.5 Service Desk Support Technician to deliver exceptional IT support to the global workforce.
This role is based in a state-of-the-art office in Theale, near Reading, on a full-time basis.
As the IT Support Technician, you’ll provide first-line IT support via ServiceNow, troubleshoot technical issues, assist onsite users, and collaborate with global teams. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and experience with Windows, M365, and networking are essential. Occasional UK travel and a proactive, customer-first mindset are key.
