Job summary

NHS Professionals is seeking a 37.5-hour-per-week IT support specialist to provide 2nd line support for clinical and corporate information applications managed by Digital.

You will resolve incidents and requests related to Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems, ensuring a secure, reliable service while coordinating with project teams.

The role offers mostly remote work with occasional office attendance and travel across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight as needed.

This is a 37.5-hour-per-week NHS role in IT support and systems configuration for clinical systems and Electronic Patient Records. The expected duration is 10 months. We offer mostly remote working, with office attendance around one day per month; this may vary according to work or project needs. Support may include project floorwalking or remote assistance, and the role may require travel across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
