IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN | Circa £36,400 per annum

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the ‘Face of IT’, providing first-class support to guests and colleagues, addressing IT issues professionally and through appropriate channels. You should have a strong technical background with experience in a 2nd line support role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels.

Your responsibilities include supporting guest and business Wi-Fi, building desktops and laptops, configuring mobile devices, managing backups, and resolving notifications. You will participate in out-of-hours support rotations for Head Office and villages.

About You

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment
  • Experience in a similar IT support environment
  • Friendly, genuine, and warm demeanor
  • Current full driving license
  • For IRE only: Located within driving distance for ‘call-out’ duties

Desirable Requirements:

  • Industry-recognized Service Desk or Microsoft qualifications

Hours of Work

Contracted for 160 hours per 4-week period on a flexible schedule, including public holidays and Christmas/New Year on a rota. Out-of-hours on-call support is required.
