Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line support for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
• Provide onboarding support for new starters.
• Support the company's Office 365 environment, including user account administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and factory teams to resolve IT issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as required.
• Document and track support requests using the company's ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
• Provide support and training to end-users on various software applications and tools.

Requirements

• 1-2 years proven experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration and support.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Shopify and third-party e-commerce solutions.
• Experience supporting remote and off-site teams.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes.
• Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to the warehouse and factories as needed.
