Job description

AztechIT are seeking a customer-focused, experienced IT Support Technician to join our Service Delivery Team, based at our client site in Aberdeen.

The successful IT Support Technician will be part of our first response team, ensuring our customers receive excellent and consistent service.

You will be a natural problem solver, capable of working in a fast-paced environment. A passion for technology and outstanding customer service are essential.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing efficient customer service to end users and stakeholders, supporting remotely and on-site.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for technical service requests.
  • Logging and maintaining support issues throughout the ticket lifecycle.
  • Responding to complex problems through escalation.
  • Managing workload to meet SLAs.
  • Delivering high standards of customer service per AztechIT’s standards.
  • Owning, managing, and resolving incidents, requests, and change requests in line with SLAs.
  • Meeting KPIs.
  • Working in accordance with company values, policies, procedures, and standards.
Skills / Attributes Required
  • 1-2 years of experience providing IT support for internal users, remotely and on-site.
  • Experience with office moves/relocations.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and good asset management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical solutions.
  • Strong documentation skills.

Package Details
  • Salary up to £32k, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • 24 days holiday, increasing with service.
  • 37.5 hours per week; flexibility required for additional hours.
  • Based permanently at our client site in Aberdeen city centre, Monday to Friday.
