Job summary

The Orpheus Centre is seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver reliable, secure and innovative technology services across the organisation. You will support staff, manage IT infrastructure and coordinate with our MSP to ensure systems stay secure and available.

Based in Godstone, this permanent full-time role reports to the Digital Transformation and Data Manager and involves hands-on technical work, cybersecurity contributions and staff training to boost digital skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, service delivery or systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, AD and Teams.
• Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, servers and apps.
• Understanding of networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Customer-focused with strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Experience with Datto RMM, Autotask or Snipe-IT.
• Experience supporting projects and producing reports or dashboards.
• Knowledge of assistive technology or educational technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network and Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user incidents remotely and on-site.
• Maintain IT infrastructure including servers, cloud services and business apps.
• Collaborate with third-party IT providers and act as escalation point.
• Assist with cybersecurity, system updates and patch management.
• Keep asset records and IT documentation up to date.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including device setup.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects and tech improvements.
• Produce project reports and progress updates.
• Provide training to staff to improve digital skills.
