• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber.
• Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems with network connectivity.

• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
