Express Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf of a rapidly growing Derbyshire-based IT Managed Service Provider. Due to continued success and ongoing expansion, they are currently seeking a technically astute and customer-focused IT Support & Project Engineer to join their technical team.

In return, the successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to c£33,000, plus additional employee benefits, including exciting opportunities for further career progression and advancement.

• Provide basic to complex technical support to customers (both remotely and face-to-face), including occasional travel to different sites across Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire.
• Provide frequent feedback and updates to customers regarding their issues and requests.
• Record all actions, communications, and updates on the internal ticketing system, supporting tickets throughout their lifecycle.
• Manage IT assets such as laptops, monitors, and printers.
• Deploy, support, and troubleshoot print services, IT hardware, Microsoft Operating Systems, and audio-visual services.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working within a similar IT support role is essential.
• Knowledge of standard tools such as Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365 applications is beneficial.
• Solid understanding of networking infrastructure is advantageous.
• Excellent professional customer service skills, with strong communication and listening abilities.
• Previous experience within an MSP environment is desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
