A family-owned care home provider in Essex is seeking an IT Support Manager to provide IT support and manage devices. The successful candidate will work on IT projects and assist staff with technology-related queries. A full UK driving license and project management experience are required. The role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 per year along with additional benefits.
As the IT Support Managerat Athena Care Homes, you will be the initial in-house line of contact for IT support enquiries, working to resolve or escalate their technical issues in a prompt and professional manner.

The IT Support Manager will provide on-site, remote & telephone support, training and guidance for all users of the Athena Care Home network, systems, end user devices and software applications. They will be in charge of all future projects to develop our in-house IT systems, policies and processes.
The post holder will need a full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle.
Salary :
£35,000 per annum, plus mileage when travelling to any of our care homes.
Shift Pattern :
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Central Office, Russel House, Basildon, Essex, SS15 6TF – plus travel to all care homes in accordance with your role.
