The role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to provide hands-on IT support and assist colleagues with internal system issues. Additionally, the role involves helping new starters during onboarding to learn IT systems and software, delivering tailored training sessions on IT systems and internal processes. The role requires travel within North and East Yorkshire, so the candidate must have access to a vehicle.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in delivering training and onboarding in a professional services environment
• Strong understanding of business processes, with a methodical approach to identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or non-compliance
• Ability to support users with questions about system usage, not just technical support
• Excellent interpersonal skills - friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with users at all levels
• Experience supporting change initiatives or technology rollouts is desirable
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to departmental needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
• A good level of competence in MS Office
• Willingness and ability to travel to all company offices regularly
