Job summary

Emplyfy, an international technology organisation, is seeking an experienced IT engineer for a hands-on role delivering IT support and infrastructure services to well-known businesses. You will work with customers on-site and remotely while resolving issues and maintaining systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of IT experience and strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and network fundamentals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in IT engineering.
• Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards mandatory.
• Microsoft 365 services including Email, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to customers as a trusted contact.
• Visit customer sites to resolve issues and perform installations.
• Manage incidents and requests via the Service Desk system.
• Provide regular updates and meet SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to Management when appropriate.
• Organise daily workloads and prioritise tasks.
• Monitor customer environments for reliability and performance.
• Install, configure, test, maintain and repair IT hardware and software.
• Document work and outstanding actions.
