This new role has been created due to sector growth and demand. It is ideal for support specialists eager to contribute to project work and enhance their skills with new tools and technologies.

On offer

• Salary - Up to £52k, D.O.E.
• 37.5 hours per week with NO on-call responsibilities - Roles are Mon-Fri
• Shift patterns: 7 a.m - 3.30 p.m. or 10.30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• First-class skill development and career progression, including support for new certifications
• Optional paid overtime on a voluntary basis
• Opportunities for project work alongside support duties

What do I need?

• Experience supporting or administering tools and technologies such as Windows Server, Windows OS, Active Directory, VMWare, Backup procedures, and physical server racking
• Experience working on a service desk, adhering to SLAs, and familiarity with escalation protocols
• Desirable but not essential skills: Linux support, scripting for automation (PowerShell, CLI, or similar)
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
• Due to national defence security requirements, candidates must be sole British nationals and subject to security clearance checks up to DV level. Successful candidates will receive a 10% bonus upon clearance completion.
• This role is initially based on-site in Stevenage, with potential hybrid options depending on workload.
