Helsing is a defence AI company with a mission to protect democracies. We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to be the first line of defence for our UK or German office, ensuring day-to-day technology runs smoothly for all employees.

You will own the device and account lifecycle, triage issues across macOS, Windows, and iOS, and collaborate with the IT Engineering team to automate common problems. Join a fast-paced, mission-driven team that balances ethical considerations with cutting-edge tech.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an IT support role, ideally including L2/L3 responsibilities in a fast-moving environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting macOS, Windows, and iOS, with identity, endpoint, and SaaS troubleshooting.
• Customer-first attitude with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical end-user support via Slack, email, or in-person troubleshooting hardware, software, identity, and connectivity issues across macOS, Windows, and iOS.
• Triage and manage tickets in Jira Service Management with clear communication and escalation when needed.
• Manage full user and device lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, joins/moves/leaves, MDM enrolment, account provisioning, and access reviews.
• Maintain day-to-day IT operations in Microsoft 365 and other SaaS tools.
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and self-service knowledge to scale the team's impact.
