IT Support Engineer – 6-Month Fixed Term Contract

West London | Full-Time Onsite | Immediate Start

Are you a proactive and customer-focused IT professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic, hands-on role? Our client are looking for a Full-Time IT Support Technician to join their team in West London on a 6-month fixed term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid technical foundation, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide fast, friendly, and effective support to all staff across multiple sites
  • Take ownership of IT support requests and see them through to resolution
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating where appropriate
  • Assist with the setup of new users and manage access control in collaboration with HR
  • Support internal office moves across sites in Europe
  • Maintain and develop internal documentation and helpdesk systems
  • Configure and test new equipment prior to onsite installation
  • Help manage IT assets and inventory
  • Deliver 1-to-1 user training on business processes or new technologies
  • Receive training from our ERP provider to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Work alongside the IT Manager on ad-hoc projects and system improvements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong experience supporting Windows 10 & 11 environments
  • Good understanding of desktop and mobile hardware (laptops, tablets, phones)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Active Directory (or Entra)
  • Business Central 365 (1st–2nd line) support experience
  • Excellent communication skills and a user-first attitude
  • A genuine interest in learning new technologies and developing professionally
  • Basic familiarity with server/network hardware (desirable but not essential)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

Location & Contract Details:

  • Location: West London – 100% onsite
  • Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed Term
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
