This role offers a clear path towards 3 rd Line Engineer, or specialist roles in areas across the business.

• Provide 2nd line technical support (remote and on-site)
• Resolve software, hardware, and network issues (Windows, AD, Office 365, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and escalate complex tickets
• Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and rollouts
• Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions
• Previous experience in a 2nd Line IT support role
• Strong knowledge of:
• Networking basics: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• UK Driving License and car (preferred)
