The Role

As an IT Support Engineer, you'll provide 2nd line support to client users, ensuring that technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. • Providing escalated 2nd line support to resolve technical issues.

• Delivering exceptional customer service while managing support tickets.

Skills & Experience
