Magentus Group is searching for an IT Support Engineer to oversee IT systems maintenance and help improve security standards. This role includes providing tech support for customers, managing Active Directory, and troubleshooting IT issues, all within a hybrid work environment from the heart of Manchester.

Short Summary
The IT Support Engineer role is a crucial role ensuring the success of the IT Department and the business. They work jointly with other staff and departments to ensure that systems and service are meeting the requirements of the business. Our IT Support Engineers also support the IT team to improve the security and standards operated internally, discuss, suggest, plan, and implement new projects into the working environment and further enhance business processes of the company. This role will perform several functions to achieve their objectives in line with best practice, security, and quality standards.
