You will also answer technical support calls and carry out change requests on behalf of customers, triaging high priority issues to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016–2025 and Hyper-V configuration/troubleshooting.
• Basic use of GUI tools for troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of MS Exchange 2013+ / SQL Server 2016+ / Office365 Exchange/Azure or Nutanix is a plus.

Responsibilities
