Job summary

Fiduciam is seeking an IT Support Analyst to keep systems, devices and users running smoothly across the business in the UK. You will provide day-to-day technical support for Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams and core business applications, and assist with onboarding and provisioning.

Working with the data and IT teams, you will grow into wider administration, security and project work as the function evolves, with exposure to VPN remote access, security awareness and ongoing tooling

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in IT support/service desk
• Hands-on problem solver able to diagnose hardware faults
• Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID administration or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Provide first/second-line hardware, software and network support; log and resolve tickets
• Support Windows/macOS devices, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and core apps
• Manage onboarding/offboarding: devices, accounts and decommissioning
• Support VPN/remote access and contribute to phishing awareness initiatives
• Manage hardware inventory, repairs and vendor relationships
