Job summary

Bespoke Careers is assisting an architecture practice in Manchester to recruit an IT Support Analyst. You will provide hands-on 1st-3rd line support across UK offices, keeping desktops, servers and networks running smoothly.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support within architecture or design, strong Windows 11/Server 2022, AD, DNS/DHCP, and PowerShell, plus Microsoft 365. Creative tools like Adobe CC and Autodesk Revit/AutoCAD are desirable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT Support or IT Analyst role within architecture, design, construction or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, AD, DNS, DHCP, GP, PowerShell and PC imaging.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Teams.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Autodesk Revit/AutoCAD is essential; Bentley software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st to 3rd line IT support across multiple UK offices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure and support desktops, laptops, mobiles and peripherals.
• Support business systems, servers and network infrastructure.
• Manage helpdesk tickets and prioritise requests.
• Assist with onboarding, hardware builds and PC imaging.
• Collaborate with IT team to maintain high service levels.
