Job summary

Fruition Group seeks an IT Support Analyst in Glasgow, on site 3 days per week, for a 6-month initial contract. You will deliver hands-on 1st/2nd line IT support across desktop, endpoint, M365 and Windows, owning tickets through to resolution and working within ITSM processes.

You’ll also assist with identity and access management and provide high levels of customer service to end users. This role is Inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Experience in 1st/2nd line IT support or helpdesk.
• Solid desktop and endpoint support experience.
• Confident supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows.
• Experience with identity and access management.
• Experience with ITSM and ticket management systems (Halo preferable).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support across desktop, endpoint, Microsoft 365 and Windows environments, owning incidents and service requests through to resolution where possible.
• Support identity and access management and operate within ITSM processes.
