As an IT Support Analyst, you will be expected to:
- Be the first point of contact for users seeking technical support. Your role is critical in ensuring efficient and effective IT service delivery by providing initial troubleshooting and resolving issues or escalating them appropriately. Skills and attributes include, Excellent customer service skills, an understanding of IT systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Adhere with the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.
To be successful in an IT Support Analyst role, the skills you will need:
- Previous experience in an IT support or customer service role.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, including Windows OS, Microsoft 365, MDM, and active Directory.
- Understanding of Android and iOS operating systems and their associated mobile device hardware.
- Ability to troubleshoot common desktop, mobile, hardware, software, and network issues.
- Understanding of incident management processes, preferably with experience using an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool and/ or support tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.

Experience or Knowledge of the below would be advantageous but not essential:
- Degree in Information Technology or related field or-
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network +
- Microsoft 365 Certified
- Equivalent experience
- ITIL Foundation certification or knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and virtual environments (e.g., VPN, Citrix).
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
