A leading educational institution is looking for an onsite IT Support Analyst to join its IT Team. Responsibilities include maintaining IT services and providing technical support through various channels. Christ's College is seeking to appoint an onsite IT Support Analyst to work as part of the College's IT Team.
The position holder will have primary responsibility for maintaining, auditing and improving IT services required to support the College's business and academic activities. This will involve providing advice, technical and operational support on a wide range of IT and AV issues via an electronic helpdesk, through personal visits, via phone or email or the updating of user guidance on the College website.
