Role Description:

We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our team as a PMO Support Analyst. This unique role combines project management office (PMO) responsibilities with recruitment support functions, offering a diverse and challenging opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate time & expense reporting across Hanover projects.
  • Progress and track Hanover’s Statements of Work (SOWs) & Purchase Order (PO) pipeline.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Engagement & Resource Managers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven support experience in PMO, digital contract recruitment, or IT consultancy.
  • Understanding of digital recruitment within central government and familiarity with Digital Data & Technology (DDAT) job functions.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Strong commercial acumen with good Excel skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-starter. Hanover operates a remote, Results Only Working Environment (ROWE).
  • Able to travel for monthly team meetings and occasional client meetings in the UK.
  • Full remote working (must be UK based)
