Summary: Job Posting Description We are currently seeking an IT Specialist to join our IT team. This role is available to candidates across Manchester (2 days in the Office). The IT Specialist for the IT Squad will play a critical role in Clio. The IT team’s mission is foundational to how we get work done at Clio, our team has a meaningful and lasting impact. We are moving past the traditional IT Services group of “fighting fires” and are always looking for ways to proactively automate and save our employees' precious time. By supporting Clions, we help them spend more time helping our customers.

A day in the life might look like:

• Providing world-class IT support to Clio employees globally, managing inbound tickets from submission to resolution.

Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, and MAC. Extensive hands-on experience with Okta beyond basic user management. Specifically, we’re looking for expertise in Okta Workflows, SCIM-based application provisioning, and the creation and management of groups and rules within Okta. Supporting and configuring macOS, iOS, and Windows systems in an environment with 2500+ endpoints.

What you may have:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or related roles.
• Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, and MAC.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Okta beyond basic user management.
• Specifically, we’re looking for expertise in Okta Workflows, SCIM-based application provisioning, and the creation and management of groups and rules within Okta.
• Have experience managing inbound tickets from submission to resolution, ensuring timely responses and thorough follow-up.
• Have a working knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Windows systems, with the ability to support a diverse range of user needs.
• Have experience with core SaaS tools like Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Adobe, 1Password, Salesforce, GSuite, and GitHub, and can provide basic user support and troubleshooting.
• Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

The expected salary range for this role is £53.700 to £72.700 GBP. Initial placement within the range is informed by geographic region, experience, and skillset, with room to progress as impact and tenure grow. Final offer amounts will vary based on candidate profile.
