Summary: Job Posting Description We are currently seeking an IT Specialist to join our IT team. This role is available to candidates across Manchester (2 days in the Office). The IT Specialist for the IT Squad will play a critical role in Clio. The IT team’s mission is foundational to how we get work done at Clio, our team has a meaningful and lasting impact. We’re focused on facilitating the best possible experience for our Clio talent, providing the right tools at the right time to further Clio’s mission of transforming the legal experience for all. We are moving past the traditional IT Services group of “fighting fires” and are always looking for ways to proactively automate and save our employees' precious time. By supporting Clions, we help them spend more time helping our customers.
A day in the life might look like:
Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, and MAC. Extensive hands-on experience with Okta beyond basic user management. Specifically, we’re looking for expertise in Okta Workflows, SCIM-based application provisioning, and the creation and management of groups and rules within Okta. Supporting and configuring macOS, iOS, and Windows systems in an environment with 2500+ endpoints.
The expected salary range for this role is £53.700 to £72.700 GBP. Initial placement within the range is informed by geographic region, experience, and skillset, with room to progress as impact and tenure grow. Final offer amounts will vary based on candidate profile.
