Job summary

Neetek Systems Integration, Inc. seeks a Solutions Consultant to join our IT outsourcing team. You will act as a client-facing expert, translating complex IT concepts into clear guidance and delivering project documentation and support across multiple client environments.

You will collaborate with colleagues to implement and maintain desktop apps, OS updates, and cloud-based services, while ensuring professional client interactions and effective issue resolution across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant tech experience, cultural fit prioritized.
• Strong ability to communicate complex IT concepts to clients.
• Experience in IT outsourcing/MSP environments is a plus.
• Proven problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Neetek in client engagements with a positive, service-driven approach.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client accounts and communication.
• Document tasks, projects, and client interactions meticulously.
• Maintain and troubleshoot client IT environments as needed.
• Collaborate with internal team on projects and deliverables.
• Install, configure, and update desktop applications and software.
