Job summary

Neetek Systems Integration, Inc. seeks a Solutions Consultant to serve as the primary contact for client IT environments, delivering projects and ongoing support. The role requires strong communication skills and hands-on IT expertise across multiple platforms.

You will work mostly on-site at client locations in the SF Bay Area, with some remote work for clients and occasional travel from our headquarters in San Francisco. 5–10 years in IT and a broad tech background are expected.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of IT experience in SMB/mid-market environments.
• Background from Help Desk to Systems Admin/Network Eng or equivalent.
• Willingness to perform desktop support and on-site IT tasks as needed.
• Experience with multiple client environments and project scopes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts and deliver IT projects.
• Lead delivery using tools like Asana, Basecamp, JIRA, ZenDesk, ConnectWise.
• Document tasks, tickets, and diagrams of client environments.
• Travel to client offices as required; work with a team on larger projects.
