Job summary

A leading training provider in London seeks an experienced IT Apprenticeship Coach to guide apprentices through their Level 3 ICT programs. This role is dedicated to the development and support of apprentices, with opportunities to adapt coaching techniques to meet varying learning needs. With ambitious growth plans, this position offers a dynamic environment for committed educators.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months experience in an ICT Skills Coach or Assessor role.
• Any IT Vendor qualifications are desirable.
• Experience in supporting apprentices through Level 3 ICT apprenticeships.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and developing apprentices through their apprenticeship.
• Tracking apprentices' progression and adapting to individual needs.
• Conducting predominantly one-to-one coaching sessions.

Job Description:

Are you an experienced IT Apprenticeship coach and have a background in supporting apprentices through their Level 3 ICT apprenticeships then this could be a great opportunity for you!

You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and at least 12 months experience in a Infrastructure Technician/ICT Skills Coach or Assessor role or any other relevant industry experience. Any IT Vendor qualifications or Assessing qualifications would be highly desirable.

As an IT Coach your overall goal will be coaching and development of apprentices through their apprenticeship, tracking their progression through the .journey. The role will require you to adapt to different ways of working and establish individual learning needs and identify best practices. This role will entail predominantly one to one coaching with apprentices
