Job summary

A leading training provider in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an experienced IT Apprenticeship Coach to guide apprentices through their Level 3 ICT apprenticeships. In this pivotal role, you will assess individual learning needs and provide tailored coaching. Ideal candidates will possess a Level 3 or above teaching qualification and relevant work experience in ICT training. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of aspiring IT professionals.

Qualifications

• 12 months experience in Infrastructure Technician/ICT Skills Coach or Assessor role.
• IT Vendor qualifications desirable.
• Relevant industry experience preferred.

Are you an experienced IT Apprenticeship coach with a background in supporting apprentices through their Level 3 ICT apprenticeships? Then this could be a great opportunity for you!

You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and have at least 12 months of experience in a Infrastructure Technician/ICT Skills Coach or Assessor role, or relevant industry experience. IT Vendor qualifications or Assessing qualifications would be highly desirable.

As an IT Coach, your overall goal will be coaching and developing apprentices through their apprenticeship, tracking their progression. The role requires adapting to different working methods, establishing individual learning needs, and identifying best practices. This role mainly involves one-to-one coaching with apprentices.
