Job summary

Motability Foundation seeks an IT leader to drive its digital, data and technology strategy across applications, infrastructure and security. You will shape the IT roadmap, oversee a multidisciplinary team, and manage a £2m budget to deliver compliant, reliable services.

The role requires senior leadership, strong Microsoft 365 and networking expertise, and experience guiding large-scale IT change within a not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Significant IT experience with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Networking (LAN/WAN Cisco).
• Experience in IT infrastructure planning, capital projects and budgets.
• Knowledge of various software systems, architectures and compatibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the organisation's digital, data and technology strategy.
• Oversee IT applications, infrastructure, networks, security and telecoms.
• Ensure IT business continuity and regulatory compliance.
