Job summary

Interface Recruitment is seeking an IT Service Manager to own how IT is delivered across the business and to drive a technology roadmap with MSPs. You’ll report to the Head of Operations and mentor a Data Analyst as the function grows.

It's a family–oriented, supportive environment with a strong emphasis on service, governance, and automation, and there is no requirement for overtime. Located in West Yorkshire, Leeds area.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IT Service Manager or similar in outsourced or MSP environments.
• Proven track record managing third-party IT suppliers against SLAs/OLAs.
• Experience delivering ERP, CRM, telephony or integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with MSPs and ensure delivery against SLAs/OLAs.
• Run service reviews, push for improvements and escalate where needed.
• Oversee internal IT helpdesk and triage requests with updates.
• Report on service performance, incidents, trends and fixes.
• Lead project pipeline from scoping to delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on IT performance, risk and roadmap.
