We’re looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to lead the delivery and support of IT services within professional services for a public sector client of ours in Manchester. This is a pivotal role, ensuring IT services effectively support key academic and administrative functions.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing day-to-day service management and continuous improvement
• Supporting incident, problem, and project delivery activities
• Engaging with stakeholders to deliver tailored, high-quality IT solutions
• Managing budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance standards
• Promoting service excellence and team development
