This advert is for two fully remote IT Service Engineers.

The salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum dependent on experience.

Within our Adult Services, we support individuals to understand their diagnosis and its impact on their lives and those around them. Our residential services provide 24/7 accommodation and support for autistic adults in urban and rural settings. We also offer supported living services for autistic adults needing additional assistance to live independently or within our accommodation.

Who we are looking for:

We seek IT Service Engineers to provide 1st Line technical support to our stakeholders. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

You should have a good understanding of Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Teams, Office suite, networking, and end-user hardware.

The role involves primarily user support duties, with some user and application setup across software and hardware. You should demonstrate technical knowledge and be eager to develop further skills in these technologies.
