The National Autistic Society is seeking fully remote IT Service Engineers to provide 1st Line technical support. The salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum dependent on experience.

We seek IT Service Engineers to provide 1st Line technical support to our stakeholders. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
You should have a good understanding of Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Teams, Office suite, networking, and end-user hardware.
The role involves primarily user support duties, with some user and application setup across software and hardware. You should demonstrate technical knowledge and be eager to develop further skills in these technologies.
