Excellent opportunity for a Service Desk Team Lead or similar to join a world-leading manufacturing business offering superb progression routes throughout the business, the chance to grow and develop your own service desk team over time, and a brilliant benefits package!

This company are at the forefront of their sector providing highly customisable, made-to-order products for an incredibly varied and recognisable customer base. Due to the ramp up of several Business Change and Transformation projects and the promotion of the previous incumbent, they are looking to add an IT Service Desk Team Lead to the team!

In this role you will lead a small team across 1st and 2nd Line Support. You will be the most senior person within this team on this site so you'll personally deal with 1st-3rd Line Support for VIPs and Senior Leadership. You will follow and lead the implementation of ITIL frameworks to ensure speed and efficiency. Due to the need to get this off the ground you will start office-based but 3-6 months from now will be a hybrid-working position.

The ideal candidate will be a Service Desk Team Lead or Similar with an ITIL V4 Foundation or higher. Candidates must have commercial experience of working with ITIL Frameworks and best practice. Candidates must be strong communicators and possess strong stakeholder management skills. Candidates must be based within a commutable distance of Bath.

The Person:
*Service Desk Team Lead or similar
*ITIL V4 Foundation or higher
*Commercial experience with ITIL frameworks
*Strong communicator with good stakeholder management skills
*Commutable to Bath 5 days a week
